  A wax pattern is formed that’s similar in dimensions with the final stainless steel metal part to be made. Then a mold is prepared which contains the negative impression of the wax pattern. This mold will be used to make stainless steel metal part of the desired shape and details. Now, a thin layer of wax is poured in the mold to form its inner lining. This hollow wax copy is then safely removed. The removed hollow wax copy is chased by a hot metal tool, removing any leftover marks. The wax is then dressed to give it a finishing. Wax copy is sprued with a tree-like structure. This is done to make a path for the molten metal to flow and help the air escape through this thin passage. The sprued wax copy is dipped in the silica slurry & stucco.
