Best Invest Casting manufacturing company

Sumangal Casting Pvt. Ltd. is the leading Investment casting manufacturer and supplier. You can get the expert consultation from idea to implementation and our investment casting process covers all the important touchpoints of quality, reliability, and certainty.

In our modern manufacturing plant, we make the whole range of investment castings. The metal casts are made from ferrous metals and their alloys that consist of the nickel and cobalt super-alloy.

Our manufacturing process has an installed capacity of 600 MT per annum. We manufacture engineering metal components of the highest grade and to do this we use one disposable pattern to produce only one metal part.
An investment casting company uses advanced manufacturing processes to produce precision metal parts from a wide range of super-alloy materials and standard alloy materials.
The end metal products are dimensionally accurate that adhere to the highest quality standards existing in industry today. The process of the investment casting process is highly useful for making equipment parts for the aerospace and medical industry.
Difficult to process machine parts/materials with complex geometry can be produced by the highly economical way of investment casting.

As Investment casting manufacturer Sumangal Castings Pvt. Ltd. a well laid out modern plant manufacturing the total spectrum of investment castings made from ferrous metals and its alloys including NICKEL & COBALT base super alloy with an installed capacity of 600 MT per annum, considered as an advanced & ultimate casting process. It manufactures engineering components of highest quality in which one disposable pattern produce one metal part only.
Investment casting is in a lot of ways similar to lost-wax casting and it is an old metal making process to duplicate the features of the original sculpture and then cast multiple identical metal parts that are an identical match to the sample metal part.
Intricate detailing and designing are achieved successfully through the process.
An original wax model similar to the sample metal part is made and then mold making is required. An outer rigid mold is prepared by dipping the wax pattern in ceramic slurry plus sand-like stucco.

Dipping in the slurry is repeated multiple times to attain the desired thickness of the shell. This outer mold is the exact negative of the original wax pattern.
This wax and mold assembly are spruced with a tree-like structure. The shell-coated wax assembly gets hardened and then the wax is melted out of it by heating the assembly.

Unveiling the Secrets of Investment Casting Foundries: Precision, Versatility, and Quality

Introduction Investment casting foundries are crucial in the manufacturing industry, providing precision-crafted components for various applications. In this blog, we will delve into investment casting foundries , exploring their process, capabilities, and    What is an Investment Casting Foundry?   Investment casting foundries are specialized facilities utilizing the lost-wax casting process to produce intricate, high-quality components. The process involves:   Creating a wax pattern. Coating it with ceramic. Melting the wax. Pouring molten metal into the mold. Once solidified, the ceramic mold is broken to reveal the finished product. The Advantages of Investment Casting Foundries   Investment casting foundries offer several advantages for manufacturers seeking precision and versatility. These include:   Complex Geometries: Investment casting allows for producing intricate and complex designs with minimal limitations, enabling manufactur

What’s the process of investment casting?

Investment casting is also known as lost-wax casting. It’s a process used by investment casting manufacturers in which a duplicate metal sculpture is made from an original sculpture. Intricate designs and work can be achieved through investment casting. Wax pouring and removal After the mould making is done hot melted wax is poured in the cast to create an inner lining to form an even coating. The hollow wax copy is removed from the mould. Chasing and spruing The hollow wax copy is then chased. In this process, a hot metal tool is used to even out any marks left and the wax is dressed to hide any imperfections to prepare the final finished look. Now, the wax looks like a finished piece. After this, the wax copy is sprued with a tree-like structure that’s meant to provide a path for the air to escape and the molten material to flow. Slurry A sprued wax copy is dipped into the slurry of silica and then sand-like stucco. The shell is prepared and allowed to dry. This process is repeated t
