Best Invest Casting manufacturing company

Sumangal Casting Pvt. Ltd. is the leading Investment casting manufacturer and supplier. You can get the expert consultation from idea to implementation and our investment casting process covers all the important touchpoints of quality, reliability, and certainty.

In our modern manufacturing plant, we make the whole range of investment castings. The metal casts are made from ferrous metals and their alloys that consist of the nickel and cobalt super-alloy.

Our manufacturing process has an installed capacity of 600 MT per annum. We manufacture engineering metal components of the highest grade and to do this we use one disposable pattern to produce only one metal part.
An investment casting company uses advanced manufacturing processes to produce precision metal parts from a wide range of super-alloy materials and standard alloy materials.
The end metal products are dimensionally accurate that adhere to the highest quality standards existing in industry today. The process of the investment casting process is highly useful for making equipment parts for the aerospace and medical industry.
Difficult to process machine parts/materials with complex geometry can be produced by the highly economical way of investment casting.

As Investment casting manufacturer Sumangal Castings Pvt. Ltd. a well laid out modern plant manufacturing the total spectrum of investment castings made from ferrous metals and its alloys including NICKEL & COBALT base super alloy with an installed capacity of 600 MT per annum, considered as an advanced & ultimate casting process. It manufactures engineering components of highest quality in which one disposable pattern produce one metal part only.
Investment casting is in a lot of ways similar to lost-wax casting and it is an old metal making process to duplicate the features of the original sculpture and then cast multiple identical metal parts that are an identical match to the sample metal part.
Intricate detailing and designing are achieved successfully through the process.
An original wax model similar to the sample metal part is made and then mold making is required. An outer rigid mold is prepared by dipping the wax pattern in ceramic slurry plus sand-like stucco.

Dipping in the slurry is repeated multiple times to attain the desired thickness of the shell. This outer mold is the exact negative of the original wax pattern.
This wax and mold assembly are spruced with a tree-like structure. The shell-coated wax assembly gets hardened and then the wax is melted out of it by heating the assembly.

What is Investment Casting and How does it work?

What is Investment Casting and How does it work? I nvestment casting  is a widely used industrial process for remaking metal parts. There are several casting procedures available and investment casting is one among the many of these casting processes. There are a lot of diverse factors that are responsible for determining which casting process will be deemed fit for the manufacturing of a specific metal part. Some of these diverse factors are – design requirements, feasibility, and cost to manufacture are the important ones that are considered beforehand in determining the type of casting process that will work best. If the process to be is used is investment casting, then it will be better to know the details of this process. Let’s get to understand the process of investment casting and how does it work? In this brief write up first the process of investment casting is explained and then how does it work? So, let’s get started with the first question that’s what is investment cas...

Advantages and Disadvantages of Investment Casting

Before we dive deeper and get to know the advantages and disadvantages of the investment casting, let’s revive a bit of our understanding of the process of investment casting. Investment casting is a widely and commonly used practice to produce and remake identical metal parts with complete precision by using a wax pattern and then pouring hot metal in liquid form into the wax pattern. Here’s a brief description of the investment casting process followed by a brief mention of the advantages and disadvantages of this process. Investment Casting Method The process of investment casting uses expendable wax patterns. For the process of investment casting, first and foremost, wax patterns are prepared. These wax patterns are mostly prepared by injection molding technology. In the cavity, that’s similar to the desired cast part. Then wax patterns are attached to a gating system (a set of channels) through which molten metal will flow and fill the mold cavity. Shell building is the next stag...
